Meet Danielle
Hi! I’m Danielle — baker, decorator, and the one-woman show behind Sweet Creek Cookies, based in Fall Creek, Wisconsin.
I’m also a full-time email marketer, mom of two, travel enthusiast, and firm believer that life’s sweetest moments are best celebrated with cookies (preferably the kind with royal icing). When I’m not piping tiny details or fine-tuning email subject lines, I’m cheering on my kids at their latest activity, planning our next family getaway, or watching the latest Netflix release.
How It Started
In 2020, my sister asked me to help decorate cookies for my niece’s first birthday. I had never tried royal icing before, but I was instantly hooked. What started as a fun weekend project quickly became a creative outlet — and eventually, a business I love.
With no formal training and a whole lot of trial and error, I taught myself how to bake the perfect sugar cookie, decorate, and build a brand from scratch (with a lot of butter and sugar in between). Today, Sweet Creek Cookies is my side business, creative passion, and favorite way to connect with others.
What I Do
By day, I’m behind a desk analyzing campaigns. By night, I swap my laptop for a piping bag and lose myself in the details of each custom set.
Every cookie I create is custom-designed with your theme in mind — whether it’s a baby shower, birthday party, or corporate event. I’m detail-obsessed and love the creative challenge of making something that’s both beautiful and delicious.
Beyond baking, I’ve had the joy of teaching classes, mentoring new bakers, and sharing the tips I’ve picked up along the way. Helping others find their creative spark — whether for fun or as a business — is one of the most rewarding parts of this journey.
